Inna called me to tell me she talked directly to the coordinator. The coordinator admitted that a new video was not done. There were so many new children to video that she forgot or ran out of time, or whatever. So now we know to stop waiting each day. Inna apologised over and over-it's not her fault at all. She said the coordinator would not be back to the area until the end of November.
